I suddenly had a red and swollen eye, everyone thought I had pink eye. My regular eye doctor could not see, so Dr. Harrell quickly had me send her pictures, confirmed it wasn't pink eye and I could work. And then worked me in that afternoon. Diagnosed something with 12 letters and was right on with the cure. The office staff was kind and friendly and to top it off they have fabulous top notch equipment and could see the back of my retina without dilating my eyes! Amazing! Love them!​​​​​​​

The equipment is modern, up to date technology. I didn't spend half an hour with "what is better "1" or "2"/"3" or "4" ...... It was hands off for the Doc and only about 5 minutes of our time! My wait time was 0 minutes and once I saw Dr. Harrell I was in and out with a new updated crystal clear prescription. This office does everything for you with regards to insurance, ordering your contacts and even helping you find the right glasses that fit your face. And, if it's style you want Dixie is the "bomb"! She helped me step out of my box regarding an up to date pair of glasses. The compliments I am getting are a boost to my ego........ An added plus, they are in a great location!​​​​​​​
